Dato’ Marco Low is a non-executive Director of HThree and sits on the Investment Committee of HThree’s inaugural commercial real estate fund.
Dato’ Low is the Managing Director of LKH, a sponsor and shareholder of HThree. In his role as Managing Director of LKH, Dato’ Low is responsible for the overall strategy, management and operations of LKHS. Dato’ Low has over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry, including property development, investment, management and corporate finance transactions.
Dato’ Low holds a Bachelor of Science in Management & Systems from City University, UK.
Kevin Kang is an executive director and the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of HThree.
In his role as CEO of HThree, Mr Kang is responsible for the strategic and overall management of HThree. Mr Kang also oversees the fund raising, investor relations, capital transactions, financing, and asset management aspects of HThree’s funds. Mr Kang is also a Director of Holland Hill Holdings Private Limited, a shareholder of HThree.
Mr Kang has over twenty years of experience in private equity, fund management and investment banking. Prior to establishing HThree, Mr Kang was the Deputy CEO of a private equity real estate investment manager where he was a key business executive and played a key role in the establishment, management, and divestment of the funds under management. Mr Kang led and managed capital transactions, financing, anchor tenant negotiations, asset repositioning as well as investor relations. Mr Kang was also previously with ANZ Investment Bank and Ernst & Young Australia.
Mr Kang holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, Australia, and a Masters of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School, Australia, and is a Chartered Accountant (Australia).
Mark Lim is a non-executive Director of HThree and sits on the Investment Committee of HThree’s inaugural commercial real estate fund.
Mr Lim is the Head of Capital Markets and Fund Management at CDL where he is responsible for formulating and implementing CDL’s fund management strategy and business. He is concurrently the Chief Executive Officer of CDL Real Estate Asset Managers Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CDL.
Mark has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate, private equity, fund management and banking industries. He has extensive experience across all aspect of fund management, from capital rising and fund establishment to successful implementation of fund strategy across investments, portfolio construction, active asset management and exits.
Before joining CDL, Mark held leadership roles in NTUC Income, AXA Real Estate and Nomura Singapore Ltd, where he was focused on fund management, investments, corporate finance and merger & acquisitions.
Mark holds a Masters of Science (Real Estate), a Masters of Social Science (Applied Economics) and a Bachelor of Social Science (Economics) with Honours from the National University of Singapore. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Adelaide, Australia, a Bachelor of Science (Management) with Honours from the University of London and has completed the Real Estate Economics and Finance programme from the London School of Economics.
Low Poh Kok is an Alternate Director to Dato’ Marco Low.
Mr Low is the Senior Manager of Property Development at LKH where he is actively involved in all of LKH’s property development projects. Prior to joining LKH, Mr Low was a project manager for an IT company in the USA.
Mr Low has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information System from Indiana University at Bloomington, USA and a Diploma in Business Studies from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore.
Brandon Chung is an Alternative Director to Mr Kevin Kang and the Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of HThree.
In his role as COO of HThree, Mr Chung is responsible for all legal, operational, corporate affairs, risk and regulatory aspects of the business including fund documentation, contracts, leasing and financing documentation.
Mr Chung was previously the Chief Legal Officer of a private equity real estate investment manager where he oversaw all legal and documentation aspects of the platform, including being actively involved in the establishment, management, and divestment of the funds and assets under management. Prior to that, Mr Chung was with the private funds practice in Allen & Gledhill Singapore. Mr Chung has extensive experience with the establishment, management and divestment of real estate funds.
Mr Chung holds a LLB Law (Hons) from University of Liverpool, UK, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Singapore Law from the National University of Singapore. Mr Chung was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
Elisa Fei is the Chief Investment Officer of HThree.
Ms Fei is responsible for planning and executing asset enhancement and asset management initiatives across the portfolio. These initiatives include strategic leasing, capital expenditure, budget planning, lease maturity profile management, valuations as well as NABERs and Green enhancement initiatives.
Ms Fei was previously the Head of Asset Management at a private equity real estate investment manager where she oversaw asset management and asset enhancement initiatives across a portfolio of commercial office assets. Ms Fei also previously held positions in acquisition, disposal and asset management under Morgan Stanley’s commercial real estate arm in San Francisco, where her extensive portfolio covered over thirty one commercial real estate properties.
Ms Fei holds a Masters in Science in Real Estate Finance Development from Columbia University, USA, and a Bachelor in Arts (Economics) from the University of Virginia, USA.
Kelvin Hoong is the Finance Director at HThree Capital where he is responsible for the financial and regulatory reporting, accounting, taxation, fund administration, treasury and operational needs of the business units under, and the investment funds and entities managed by, HThree.
Mr Hoong has more than fifteen years in the accounting and finance field, of which he spent more than ten years working closely with private real estate funds and has seen through the complete life cycle of some of these funds. Prior to joining HThree Capital, Mr Hoong was the Finance Director of a private equity real estate investment manager. Mr Hoong was also previously with CITCO, serving private equity clients and investment funds including those that focused on real estate, LaSalle Investment Management Asia and Ernst & Young Singapore.
Mr Hoong holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and is a CPA (Australia).
Jonathon Tong is a Director at HThree Capital, where he oversees the capital markets and financial analysis for the group. Mr Tong also assists the CEO and Chief Investment Officer with deal analysis, financing and project management.
Mr Tong has over ten years of experience in real estate asset management, operations and project management. Prior to joining HThree Capital, Mr Tong was with a private equity real estate investment manager and a renewable energy development fund.
Mr Tong holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
Arthur Fong CBE (Hon) is the Chairman of the Investment Committee.
Mr Fong is also CEO of Paragon Capital Management (HK) Private Limited (“PCMHK”).
Prior to joining PCMHK, Mr Fong was CEO of Heritage Capital Management (“1HCapital”). Mr Fong was also previously the Managing Director of Schroeder & Co. Asia Ltd and the Managing Director of Greater China Market at Bank of Singapore, where he concurrently, was the Deputy Singapore Location Head for the Greater China business.
Mr Fong has 30 years of banking experience, (of which 27 years were in private banking), and he has extensive market exposure to Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Greater China. Mr Fong has also previously held leadership roles in various global private banks, including Bank of Singapore, Citigroup Private Bank, and UBS AG.
Mr Fong was amongst the inaugural batch to be conferred the title of “IBF Fellow” by the Institute of Banking & Finance and he is also a member of the panel of assessors for programs at Temasek’s Wealth Management Institute.
In tandem with his banking career, Mr Fong served three terms as an elected Member of the Singapore Parliament from 2001 to 2015. As a member of parliament, Mr Fong participated in many forums discussing financial market reforms at several International Parliamentary Union meetings held in Bern, Geneva and Quebec.
Mr Fong holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from the University of Oregon, USA, and is a Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
Frank Khoo is an independent member of the Investment Committee.
Mr Khoo was formerly the Group Chief Investment Officer (“CIO”) of CDL, a sponsor and shareholder of HThree. In his previous role as CIO of CDL, Mr Khoo assisted the Group CEO of CDL in sourcing and executing new investment opportunities, as well as established a dedicated fund management platform for CDL.
Mr Khoo has over twenty years of international experience in fund management, private equity, real estate investment and the repositioning and restructuring of real estate businesses. Mr Khoo also has an extensive network of investors, ranging from insurance companies, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and high net worth individuals across Asia and Europe.
Prior to joining CDL, Mr Khoo was the Global Head of Asia of AXA Investment Manager – Real Assets (“AXA IM Real Assets”) where he oversaw all real estate activities for AXA IM Real Assets in Asia, including investment, transaction, fund management, asset management, capital raising and finance. He has also held various executive positions in Pacific Star Fund Management Pte. Ltd., Guthrie GTS Ltd, Phileoland Bhd and Kestral Capital Partners.
Mr Khoo holds a Master of Business Administration from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, as well as Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Science degrees from University of Queensland, Australia. He is also a Chartered Accountant in Singapore.
